I want to go back! Stockholm was stunningly beautiful and exceeded my expectations. Surrounded by water and with cute cobblestone streets it reminded me a lot of Copenhagen. I was only there for three days, but I was able to see A LOT! Here is a list of my favorite places!
We visited the Stockholm Cathedral: Storkyrkan, and got there just in time to hear the choir sing. It was magical!
We took a tour of the Royal Castle which was amazing and I learned a lot about Swedish history.
The Photography Museum had some incredible exhibits and is definitely worth visiting.
We visited Old Town and found this delicious restaurant called Magnus Ladulas. It had great traditional food and a very cool vibe.
Vasa Museum has one of the most fully intact 17th century ship on display and it is definitely a sight to behold.
Skansen is the first Open-Air Museum and Zoo in Sweden. It was very fun wandering around and it gave us a great view of the water!
I’ve only visited Stockholm, but I would love to go back and explore more of Sweden. Have you ever been? Share your thoughts or favorite places below!
