My name is Clare, and I just finished my first year of College in Illinois. I play on the school soccer team and love being outdoors. I grew up in the Bay Area and have lived there my whole life. The change from the city to rural Galesburg was a culture shock.
After my first term in College the true meaning of the “freshmen 15” sunk in. Even though I was still working out, the change in environment, weather and food took its toll. I hope to share my experiences, tips and journey for forming healthy habits and living life to its fullest.
